Exceptionally comfortable and pleasant hotel in a shopping area very close to Austria for EuroPride Vienna 2019, metro or tram, and the metro station and the market. Lovely breakfast with cakes and traditional cheeses, for example - well worth the money. Marvellous location, minutes from an art museum.

The breakfast was freshly prepared and savory, the best I had in Vienna. Had a nice size and brand-new room with equipment, which I liked. Ideal central location next to the famous Opera House, Karlsplatz, and the metro line. Actually, everything was very good.

Perfectly clean and huge rooms, AMAZING view of Vienna sky. Great and absolutely perfect location - minutes from eateries and cafés.

We ( family with 3 kids-2 teenagers + 1student) stayed in Carlton suite, not in a hotel room. We liked everything. The hotel stuff was kind and helpful, appartment was big and clean, the kitchen was well eqipped, the location was great.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect - right next to the Naschmarkt and within walking distance to numerous restaurants. I particularly enjoyed dining at the Beograd Serbian restaurant and Lisboa Portuguese lounge nearby. Additionally, the room itself was wonderful, spacious, and felt like a home away from home, complete with a kitchenette and ensuite. The basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory, including a comfortable bed, a decent-sized bathroom with a hair dryer, heating and air conditioning, a kettle, and a safe. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room really stood out, and the breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a wide variety of continental items, fresh fruits, and amazing breads.

All was great, no improvements needed.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. The location was ideal, as it was very close to everything, including the market and many great restaurants. It was also close to the historic center of the city. The breakfast served was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
